Its segments include Capita Public Service, Contact Centre, Pension Solutions, and Regulated Services. Its Capita Public Service segment is a supplier of software and IT Services (SITS) and business process services (BPS) to the UK Government. The division is structured around three market verticals: Local Public Service; Defence & National Preparedness (including Learning); and Central Government, delivering to their respective client groups. Contact Centre is a customer experience business with a three-market share across EMEA, and also in India, South Africa, Poland and Bulgaria. Pension Solutions is its pension administration and consulting business, with a focus on defined benefit schemes.
