Its two manufacturing sites include a ceramics factory in Stoke-on-Trent and a home fragrance site in the Lake District. Its segments include the UK and North America. It sells its products through wholesale (national and independent retailers), e-commerce, and retail. Its wholesale customers are omni-channel retailers with both physical stores and online sites.
