Its Real Estate business includes renting a portfolio of commercial premises owned by the Company. Car Parking, which includes the operation of two public car parks and various other parking areas. Regeneration segment is activated when active construction of new build assets is underway. The Company’s subsidiaries include Sutton Harbour Company, Sutton Harbour Services Limited, Plymouth City Airport Limited, Sutton Harbour Property and Regeneration Limited, Harbour Arch Quay Limited, Sutton Harbour Projects Limited, and others.
