The Logistics segment provides the customer fulfilment centers (CFCs) and logistics services for customers in the United Kingdom (Wm Morrison Supermarkets Limited and Ocado Retail Limited). The Technology Solutions segment provides end-to-end online retail and automated storage and retrieval solutions for general merchandise to corporate customers both in and outside of the United Kingdom. Technology Solutions include Ocado Intelligent Automation (OIA). Its Ocado Smart Platform (OSP) is a configurable end-to-end e-commerce, fulfilment and logistics solution built to meet the demands of online grocery retail. OIA delivers warehouse automation technology that enables businesses in many industries to future-proof their warehouse operations.
