The Company provides a technology platform, as a managed service, for retailers around the world who are looking to build e-commerce operations in their markets. It provides Ocado Smart Platform (OSP), a platform that provides an end-to-end suite of solutions for online grocery fulfillment to its retail partners. It operates through three segments: Retail, UK Solutions & Logistics, and International Solutions. The Retail segment provides online grocery and general merchandise offerings to customers within the United Kingdom and comprises Ocado Retail Limited. The UK Solutions & Logistics segment provides the information technology (IT) platform, CFCs and logistics for customers in the United Kingdom (Wm Morrisons Supermarkets Limited and Ocado Retail Limited). The International Solutions segment provides end-to-end online retail solutions to corporate customers outside the United Kingdom.
