The Company is primarily engaged in delivering employee services, including short-term accident and health insurance, benefits and platform products, pay and reward consultancy, and salary sacrifice technology solutions in the United Kingdom. Its segments include Affordable Insurance, Benefits and Reward, and Other. The Affordable Insurance segment includes underwriting by Personal Assurance Plc (PA) and Personal Assurance (Guernsey) Limited (PAGL) of insurance policies purchased by employees of host companies through bespoke benefit programs. The Benefits and Reward segment comprises annual subscription income and other related revenue from licensing Hapi, the Company's employee benefits platform. This includes sales to both large corporates and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). It also encompasses consultancy services, surveys, and license income generated from digital platform subscriptions.
