Under the Company-managed retail activities segment, the Company sells a consistent range of fresh bakery goods, sandwiches and drinks in its own shops or via delivery. Under the Business-to-business channel, the Company sells products to franchise and wholesale partners for sale in their own outlets as well as charging a licence fee to franchise partners. Its menu includes breakfast options, savories and bakes, drinks and snacks, sandwiches and salads, sweet treats, and hot food. Its hot food range particularly includes Spicy BBQ Chicken Bites, Southern Fried Chicken Goujons, Mozzarella and Cheddar Bites, Southern Fried Potato Wedges and BBQ Chicken & Bacon. It also offers over-iced drinks, including the Iced Latte and Iced Cloudy Lemonade. Its Click + Collect service offers customers the ability to browse its menu, skip the queues and personalize their order.
