About the company

Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC is a United Kingdom-based closed-ended investment trust. The investment objective of the Company is to conduct an orderly realization of its assets, to be effected in a manner that seeks to achieve a balance between maximizing the value of the Company's investments and progressively returning cash to shareholders. The Company invests primarily in private equity investments, either through private equity funds managed by its alternative investment fund manager or directly. The Company principally invests in the United Kingdom lower mid-market management buyouts with enterprise values of £20m-£100m. The Company specialize in the provision of equity finance for management buyouts, management buyins and growing businesses. The Company's alternative investment fund manager is Dunedin LLP.
