Objective

To achieve its investment objective, the Group invests in a diversified portfolio of freehold or long leasehold social housing assets in the UK. The Group intends to hold its portfolio over the long-term, benefitting from generally long-term upward only leases which are, or are expected to be, linked to inflation or central housing benefit policy.

Management & contract fees

The management fee, payable quarterly, will be based on a percentage of the Company's market capitalisation at the end of each quarter (the 'Management Fee'). The fee rates are as follows: 1.25 per cent p.a for Market Cap up to £150m, 1.00 per cent p.a for Market Cap between £150m and £300m, and 0.70 per cent p.a for Market Cap above £300m.The New AIFMA with Atrato may be terminated by the Company on 12 months' written notice at any time.
