Its urban real estate portfolio is focused on the office, retail, and residential segments of the United Kingdom (UK) commercial property market. Its segments include Office-led, Retail-led, Residential-led, and Other assets. The Office-led segment includes an office-led portfolio, which includes ancillary retail and other commercial space, principally focused on multi-let assets in key areas in the West End, City and Southwark and Greater Manchester. The Retail-led segment invests in shopping centers and retail outlets. The Residential-led segment invests in development projects in London and Greater Manchester. The Other assets segment includes retail and leisure parks. It offers a range of spaces and lease lengths. Its Pop-Up space offers flexible space with operational support. Its Lewisham Shopping Centre, Gunwharf Quays, Buchanan Galleries, and others.
