The Company's principal activities are the provision of a range of outsourced services to the public and private sectors. The Company manages and maintains around 450,000 homes across the United Kingdom and work predominantly with Central Government and Local Government, typically through long-term contracts. It equally considers the residents of the homes that it manages and maintains to be its customers. Its services include housing maintenance, housing with care, housing management, planned maintenance, capital works, facilities management, IRT retrofitting and repair my home. Its housing maintenance service includes repairs, gas and regeneration. Its housing with care service includes supported living housing and extra care property. Its planned repair maintenance schedule includes jobs such as re-wiring and re-roofing, among others.
