Activities include mixed-tenure developments, building and developing homes for open market sale and for social/affordable rent, design and building house contracting. Mixed Use Partnerships focus on transforming the urban landscape through partnership working and the development of multiphase sites and mixed-use placemaking. Fit Out specializes in the fitting out and refurbishment of commercial, central and local government offices and further education. Infrastructure focuses on energy, nuclear, rail, highways, water and defense markets. Property Services provides response and planned maintenance services.
