The Facilisgroup is engaged in provision of digital technology, consolidated buying power and community learning and networking events to small and medium-sized enterprises promotional product distributors in North America through subscription-based services. Its technology, branded Syncore, offers promotional product distributors tools and processes they need to efficiently run their business. Its subsidiaries include Project Amber Bidco Limited, H.I.G Milan UK Bidco Limited, among others.
