It operates through three segments: onshore UK, Italy and international. Its key projects are West Newton, onshore United Kingdom, and Colle Santo, onshore Italy. The broader portfolio also includes the Parta license in Romania, and Daybreak Oil and Gas in California. It owns over 69.9% economic interest in license PEDL 183, which includes the West Newton Project and the wider West Newton project area. West Newton is potentially hydrocarbon fields discovered onshore in the United Kingdom. It owns around 45.1% equity interest in LNEnergy. LNEnergy’s primary asset is an exclusive option over a 90% interest in the onshore Colle Santo gas field in Abruzzo, Italy. It has around 50.8% equity position in Danube Petroleum Limited (Danube). Danube has a 100% interest in the Parta exploration & Iecea Mare production license in Western Romania.
