It operates upstream petroleum and natural gas activities in Trinidad under state exploration and production licenses with the Government of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago's Ministry of Energy and Energy Industries (MEEI) and Lease Operatorship Agreements (LOAs) and an Enhanced Production Service Contract (EPSC) with the state-owned Heritage. Additionally, the Company holds private subsurface and surface leases with individual landowners. Its land position in Trinidad encompasses several exploration blocks, including Ortoire, Cipero, Charuma, and Rio Claro. Its portfolio encompasses approximately 1,49,247 net acres in onshore Trinidad.
