Van Elle Holdings plc is a geotechnical contractor. The Company provides a range of ground engineering techniques and services, including ground investigation, general and specialist piling, rail geotechnical engineering, modular foundations, and ground improvement and stabilization services. Its segments include General Piling, Specialist Piling and Rail, and Ground Engineering Services. The General Piling segment provides ground engineering and foundation solutions on open site construction projects. Ground Engineering Services offers a range of ground investigation services and modular foundation systems for residential solutions, as well as precast concrete modular foundation solutions such as Smartfoot. Its Specialist Piling and Rail segment provides a range of piling and geotechnical solutions in operationally challenging environments. It serves diverse end markets including residential and housing, infrastructure and regional construction.
