Objective

Management & contract fees
Management fees (plus VAT) of 2.0% p.a. of the NAV, payable quarterly in arrear. Performance incentive fee of 20% of the excess are charged wholly to capital. The appointment shall continue for a period of at least six years from the admission of those shares.
