Management & contract fees
The annual fee is charged at the rate of 0.525% p.a. of Total Assets up to GBP 1.75 bn and for Total Assets above GBP 1.75 bn at the rate of 0.475% p.a. The Investment Management agreement is terminable by either of the parties to it on 12 months’ notice.
