Objective
To invest in Alternative Asset Manager Stakes primarily across the following four asset classes: private equity, private real assets, including real estate, infrastructure and natural resources, absolute return strategies invested principally in publicly-traded securities, and private credit. Management & contract fees
The Company expects the Operator fees to amount to approximately 7.5% of the Petershill Partners Group income from investments in management companies in two years following Admission. The Company expects this percentage to increase in the third year following Admission when the Profit Sharing Charge becomes payable.
